What a week full of awesome things! Don't worry, most my posts wont start off this way, but it was a good week. So, good news comes in threes, right? Well, it did this week. 1. Graduation application cleared and signed. 2. Chosen as producer for a semester long project. 3. Production internship offered and accepted. After feeling completely out of my funk for several weeks, this trio of encouragement was much needed.
I’ll stop the gloating short in honor of those who probably stopped their reading short, but after a gorgeous weekend with loved ones, I’m beyond content and thankful. In this roller coaster of a life I've built for myself, I've found my beat. It’s all going to be OK and it will all work out. Don’t worry, I too felt like punching every other person, meme, post, and hanging ‘’vintage’’ art piece that has been trying to tell me that very message for the past few months. But calm down, the grass is green somewhere, and your odds of finding it are pretty good. Whether this message is more for me or for another lost soul, it’s refreshing nonetheless.

ReplyDeleteI find this post very encouraging. It's testimony's like these that help me keep my head up. I'm also having a roller coaster ride in school right now. Actually, I have been too since I got here (SFSU) in 2009. I hope to be soon turning in those graduation papers and getting opportunities to develop my skills for the long run, too, like you. :)
